Did the earth move for you, too, dear?
For a moment I thought I was about to have a "It's the big one, Elizabeth!" Fred Sanford moment...
And, post Iran strike (most of us here in Israel slept through the 02:00 Israeli airstrike on the mullahcracy's 20 or so military sites - more on that later):
Army radio's Doron Kadosh: "400 tons of explosives: this is how the IDF destroyed Hezbollah's strategic giant tunnel in the eastern sector of southern Lebanon this morning.”
07:00 AM, Shabbat (Saturday) morning the sirens in our village blared an unexpected—and thankfully brief—message: “Reidat Adamah! - EARTHQUAKE!”
This was my immediate reaction:
However, “THE END IS NIGH!” was not to be:
"The tunnel was destroyed in a massive explosion that caused the activation of the earthquake warning in the north.
"The tunnel, built over some 15 years, was about a kilometer and a half long, was equipped for use by hundreds of terrorists with provisions for a long stay, and a large amount of ammunition."
Whew…
Sincerely, Holy Shit.
I will share this.
I hope you and yours will remain unharmed (physically, that is, other damages brutally earned and great job of powering through, as you always do).
