Intense Hezbollah Rocket Barrages Wound Across Galilee: Haifa, Safed Area
Multiple salvos slammed into homes and vehicles, spattering hot shrapnel.
Barrage after barrage after barrage after barrage after barrage:
Just another day as Iranian-backed Hezbollah terrorists tried to mass-murder Israeli civilians, Jews and Arabs alike: several close friends and Life on the Border FB group members.
Residents and passersby in two nearby towns - Ma'alot, along the Lebanon border, and Carmiel, closer to me, sustained rocket hits on their otherwise tranquil tree-lined streets.

Update: And now—literally as I'm typing this post—several heavy salvos hit Haifa, Acco, and their suburbs, with initial reports of direct hits on homes, apartments, and vehicles, wounding several.
And now Tzfat and the vicinity are coming under intense rocket fire, as I retyping this update:
All of the locales, and a score of other villages and hamlets in between, endured a 50+ (not likely over 150) midday rocket barrage which, earlier, seriously wounded one person in the village of Beina, and at least five others in Carmiel and elsewhere, according to Magen David Adom first-responders.
The windows and walls of our home—about 6 mi/10 km—from the easternmost incoming rocket hits (many of which, DID in fact, impact on the ground since they were radar projected by Iron Dome defensive interceptor status not to strike populated areas) shook repeatedly as the incessant salvos hammered into the central Galilee, and even as far away as Haifa and Acco.
And those weren't the only ones today, last night, over Shabbat and religious holiday, and NEAR-DAILY for over 400 days since Iran's local proxies, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and the other state and non-state actors declared war on the State of Israel on Oct. 7th, 2023, with a horrific massacre and mass kidnappings - all with the explicit intention of annihilation.
This report will be updated as events dictate. 90 missiles in one barrage. I guess they are trying to get rid of as many missiles as possible before external forces shut this war down. In the meantime, such a huge barrage means that many missiles get through the defences and there are more direct hits.
Dave don't update this post. Just send out a new one when you have an update. That way we'll see it.
