Massive Iranian Rocket Attack Declaration of War on Israel
Iran is about to learn the Farsi term for #FAFO in the largest rocket strike in the Jewish State's nation's history. One Arab killed, two wounded in salvos.
We just had sirens and we're in the mamad shelter with the door and steel window closed. Over 200 rockets fired from Iran into Israel. I’ll update as best I can.
Iranian reports claim 400 rockets were fired from sites across the country.
Apps are recording some 2,000 alerts. Many of the alerts are recording falls of debris from the interceptions, and spreading in a cone the size of the country.
Many of the missiles were hit by Arrow II and III rockets outside the atmosphere. There are some reports of hits but I can't say where, or regarding casualties and damage.
Magen David Adom: "only two people were lightly wounded by shrapnel in Tel Aviv amid the Iranian missile attack on the country. Several others were treated for minor injuries after falling over while running or for acute anxiety."
An Israeli official said that the response would be "severe."
