🚀 As sirens wail, families rush to shelters. But above, the Iron Dome springs into action. Its sensors lock onto the incoming rocket threat. In a split second, it calculates trajectories, predicts impact points, and launches countermeasures.
💥 Explosions bloom like defiant flowers—rockets obliterated mid-flight. The Iron Dome’s success rate is staggering, turning deadly threats into mere sparks.
🌟 Yet, behind the technology lies human resolve. Soldiers monitor screens, nerves taut. Each interception is a victory—a shield for homes, schools, and orchards.
🌄 And so, over the Galilee, a dance unfolds: rockets versus defense, chaos versus order. Amidst an ancient land, modern miracles happen. P.S. Stay safe, dear Galilee residents. Your resilience echoes through history. 🇮🇱✨

War notes about these clips: cribbed from my post over at Life on the Border) Update - 16:45: well that was exciting (see video clip and maps). Hezbollah just fired a barrage of steel rain over our house, aiming for targets nearby. Thankfully, Iron Dome defensive interceptors met them along the way - pretty much directly over our village - and mitigated the threat.
Checking to see for damage or brush fires in the area... tooled around in the car; nothing on fire in the vicinity. Whew.
A few minutes after filming the clip below, wife Miri came under fire in Nahariya, together with Chana Koenig of Cacao HaGalil. They ran to the nearby portable bomb shelter and were ok. Driving back was... tense.
Initial reports of several people wounded from shrapnel from hits and falling debris in the heavy multiple barrages. Several rockets hit at two major Galilee intersections, with a man in his 50s sustaining "minor" wounds.
This report will be updated as events dictate.
