In this interview, we meet David Zibell, a Canadian immigrant who has weathered both personal and geopolitical storms. His son, Lt. (res.) Tal Medalssy, an IDF medic, was wounded in a Hezbollah rocket attack along Israel’s northern border during the current fighting. The trauma of that experience left an indelible mark on their lives, but it also ignited a remarkable journey of resilience and hope.
